The offices of Scott Florin helped me in a great time of need. I was served with a lawsuit for an aged account that was showing on my credit report. For 3 years this account lingered even while I disputed and pleaded with the creditors that it was inaccurate, there was no change. I immediately called Scott Florin's office for help. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he drafted a swift plan of action and by the next day the necessary paperwork was filed with the court. It gave me a sense of security and I felt from the jump that I would win this case. Within 3 weeks of the filing, the case was dismissed as frivolous and thrown out. We never even made it to hearing! I can't recommend Scott Florin enough; he was the only attorney who gave me useful information over the phone and was also upfront about the cost of his service. He was the only one who took my case since most of the other attorneys I called either didn't service my area or were not interested in taking my case. He answered every question I sent him by email regarding my case and I felt he was very proactive and highly efficient.
